How do you charge for your services?
Most practices work with us on a percentage-of-collections basis, so we only get paid when you get paid. Larger groups can request flat monthly pricing instead. There are no setup or implementation fees either way.
Will we have to change our EHR or practice management software?
No. We work inside the systems you already use — we connect to your existing EHR and PM platform rather than forcing a migration. If your current setup is genuinely holding you back, we’ll tell you why and what the alternatives are.
How long does it take to get started?
A typical transition takes two to four weeks from signed agreement to fully live billing, depending on practice size and how quickly we get system access. We work your existing A/R backlog in parallel from day one.
What happens to claims that were already denied before we switched?
We review your aged denials and open A/R as part of onboarding. Any claim still inside its appeal window gets worked — that’s usually recoverable revenue most practices had already written off.
Do you handle credentialing for new providers?
Yes. We manage initial credentialing, re-credentialing, payer enrollment and CAQH maintenance, and we track effective dates so no provider ever bills out of network by mistake.
Is our patient data secure?
